P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, standardet e edukimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb Mbret\u00ebrine e Bashkuar p\u00ebr nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, kan\u00eb qen\u00eb standardet q\u00eb institucionet e edukimit n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn kane ndjekur. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz synojn\u00eb t\u00eb ndjekin edukimin e larte n\u00eb Mbret\u00ebrine e Bashkuar duke qene se mund\u00ebsite p\u00ebr zhvillimin e karrieres s\u00eb tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen jane m\u00eb t\u00eb larta. Qe nga 1960 edukimi n\u00eb MB \u00ebsht\u00eb zgjeruar, me shum\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb rinj me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb studiuar n\u00eb universitete prestigjoze. Por, n\u00eb vitet e fundit edukimi i lart\u00eb, specifikisht n\u00eb Mbreterin\u00eb e Bashkuar ka hasur disa sfida. Dy nga arsyet kryesore p\u00ebr k\u00ebto sfida dhe t\u00eb cilat kane ndikuar student\u00ebt dhe universitetet n\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrballurit me veshtiresi jan\u00eb Brexit dhe pandemia Covid-19.<\/p><p>Sfida e pare p\u00ebr edukimin e lart\u00eb n\u00eb MB \u00ebsht\u00eb Brexit, t\u00ebrheqja e Mbreteris\u00eb s\u00eb Bashkuar nga Bashkimi Europian n\u00eb Janar t\u00eb 2020. Kjo l\u00ebvizje do t\u00eb kishte nj\u00eb impakt si tek studentet edhe tek universitetet. Pik\u00eb se pari, fondet p\u00ebr k\u00ebrkimet shkencore nga burimet e Bashkimit Europian do t\u00eb humbeshin, gjithashtu do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb e v\u00ebshtire se m\u00eb par\u00eb per pun\u00ebsimin e stafit akademik nga Europa dhe s\u00eb fundmi student\u00ebt nga MB nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb studionin jasht\u00eb vendit si p\u00ebrpara Brexit. Sipas nj\u00eb artikulli rreth Brexit nga Ludovic Highman n\u00eb vitin 2017, pas largimit t\u00eb MB nga BE, universiteteve do t\u2019i duhej ti gjeneronin fondet nga industria dhe bizneset vendase, gjithashtu edhe n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet zgjerimit t\u00eb partneriteteve. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, disa pasiguri do t\u00eb shfaqeshin p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket stafit dhe student\u00ebve q\u00eb vinin nga vendet Europiane, p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar dhe studiuar n\u00eb universitetet n\u00eb MB. Statusi i tyre duhet t\u00eb qart\u00ebsohej p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur m\u00ebdyshjet. T\u00eb qenit t\u00eb paqart\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra, sipas Highman \u201cnuk do t\u00eb ndihmonte n\u00eb krijimin e nje imazhi mikprit\u00ebs global p\u00ebr edukimin e lart\u00eb n\u00eb Mbret\u00ebrin\u00eb e Bashkuar\u201d.<\/p><p>Sipas nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr publikimi nga William Locke dhe Giulio Marini, pasi u vendos nga referendumi i 2016 se vendi duhej t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqej nga Bashkimi Europian, ekzistonin frik\u00ebra se akademik\u00ebt e huaj do t\u00eb largoheshin nga MB. P\u00ebrpara k\u00ebtij vendimi numri i stafit akademik dhe studenteve nga vende t\u00eb huaja ishte rritur me shpejt\u00ebsi. Pas ketij vendimi Mbreteria e Bashkuar do t\u00eb dukej si nj\u00eb vend i izoluar dhe anti-emigrant, duke cuar k\u00ebshtu n\u00eb p\u00ebrcarjen e internacionalizmit te akademikeve n\u00eb MB. Nj\u00eb tjeter artikull sesi Brexit ndikon edukimin e lart\u00eb tregon se \u201c41.9% e shkollave te biznesit e konsiderojne te mundur humbjen e stafit nga BE dhe 41.5% hasen me v\u00ebshtiresi n\u00eb rekrutimin e stafit nga vendet e BE gjat\u00eb viteve 2017-2018.\u201d<\/p><p>Sfida tjeter me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrballur edukimi i lart\u00eb n\u00eb MB eshte pandemia e Covid-19. Kur pandemia u shfaq fillimisht nj\u00eb nga sfidat kryesore me te cilen universitetet duhet te perballeshin ishin v\u00ebshtiresite financiare. Ato do te hasnin nj\u00eb humbje n\u00eb tarifat e studimeve dhe nje fond te limituar per k\u00ebrkimet shkencore, pavaresisht masave q\u00eb u moren nga qeveria p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur universitetet. Bazuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb tjeter publikim nga Danail Popov dhe Alex Isard, tregohet se pandemia shkaktoi nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie t\u00eb numrit te student\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb duke qen\u00eb se udh\u00ebtimet nuk lejoheshin dhe kushtet ekonomike nuk ishin si m\u00eb par\u00eb. Shum\u00eb universitete kaluan ne m\u00ebsimin online, pagesa e tarifave p\u00ebr k\u00ebto student\u00eb q\u00eb donin t\u00eb kishin nj\u00eb edukim ball\u00eb p\u00ebr ball\u00eb, nuk dukej me vlere dhe situata shkaktonte shume pasiguri per t\u00eb ardhmen. Pas izolimit si pasoje e pandemis\u00eb, p\u00ebr studentet nd\u00ebrkombetare pranimi do t\u00eb ndikohej dhe universitetet filluan te konsiderojn\u00eb reduktimin e tarifave n\u00eb menyr\u00eb q\u00eb ata t\u00eb mund te studionin n\u00eb distanc\u00eb. P\u00ebr sa i perket universiteteve, kjo zgjidhje e menduar do te ndikonte s\u00ebrish n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurat e tyre, gjithashtu per shkak te kufizimeve p\u00ebr te udh\u00ebtuar atyre u duhej te z\u00ebv\u00ebnd\u00ebsonin student\u00ebt nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare me ato vendas. Kjo do t\u00eb thoshte q\u00eb universitetet e renditura m\u00eb posht\u00eb do te kishin humbje t\u00eb studenteve, dhe universitetet p\u00ebrgjate MB do t\u00eb humbisnin tarifat nga pranimet e student\u00ebve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. Nga ana tjeter, k\u00ebto student\u00eb t\u00eb huaj do t\u00eb humbisnin mundesin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb studiuar n\u00eb nje institucion prestigjoz dhe student\u00ebt nga MB do t\u00eb perfitonin duke ndjekur nj\u00eb universitet t\u00eb cilin nuk do t\u00eb mund ta ndiqnin para pandemis\u00eb.<\/p><p>Situata gjithashtu ndikoi ne procesin e t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit dhe mireqenies s\u00eb student\u00ebve. Nj\u00eb pik\u00eb q\u00eb vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet dhe qe ka kontribuar n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb c\u00ebshtje, \u00ebsht\u00eb kalimi nga m\u00ebsimi n\u00eb klas\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb online. Shum\u00eb l\u00ebnde, si ato q\u00eb kishin nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr laborator\u00eb, nuk do te trajtoheshin si zakonisht. Perve\u00e7 kesaj, situata ndikoi dhe n\u00eb mir\u00ebqenien e studenteve, duke qene se ata duhet te p\u00ebrshtateshin me metoda t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb t\u00eb mesuarit. Teknologjia do te ishte e p\u00ebrfshire n\u00eb cdo hap te procesit mesimor dhe jo te gjith\u00eb individet pershtateshin shpejt me ndryshimet, duke cuar keshtu n\u00eb nj\u00eb humbje t\u00eb aft\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb studiuar. N\u00eb nje studim t\u00eb kryer me studente te universitetit t\u00eb Oksford se si pandemia ndikonte ne mireqenien dhe procesin mesimor, u vezhgua se 23.3% e studenteve t\u00eb Oksford kishin v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi p\u00ebr tu p\u00ebrshtatur me metod\u00ebn e re t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit online. Arsyet p\u00ebr k\u00ebto v\u00ebshtiresi ishin: mungesa e hapesirave t\u00eb qeta p\u00ebr t\u00eb studiuar, mungesa e shok\u00ebve dhe detyrat e ngarkuara q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebheshin jasht\u00eb mjedisit te zakonsh\u00ebm. Praktikat profesionale u anulluan dhe studentet ishin me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar rreth zhvillimit te tyre n\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00eb q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonin udhetime ne terren dhe laboratore.
